OUR POLICIES
AVAILABILITY
- •Slots are released on the 20th of every month at 8pm.
- •Any cancellations will be posted on my Instagram story & on this website.
- •Working Hours: Monday - Saturday: 10am - 6pm. Sunday: Closed.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
- •All bookings require a £10 deposit to secure your appointment.
- •This £10 deposit is Non-Refundable under any circumstances unless I cancel your appointment.
- •The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the end of your appointment.
LATENESS
- •All clients are given a 15-minute grace period.
- •15 minutes late = £10 fee.
- •25 minutes late = £20 fee.
- •30+ minutes late = Your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
- •At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellations.
- •Same-day cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the remaining balance.
- •No-Shows will result in your card being charged the full remaining balance.
- •Plus ones are not permitted at your appointment.
- •Reschedules can be made up to 48 hours in advance via your confirmation email.
APPOINTMENT PREP
- •Loc Prep: Ensure your locs are fully washed & product free.
- •Natural hair Prep: Ensure your hair is fully washed, detangled & product free.
- •A £15 fee will be applied if I need to remove any previous styles or detangle your hair.
